Bushbury Plant & Tool Hire Ltd

In Wolverhampton, Bushbury Plant & Tool Hire Ltd has built a customer base that values both its equipment and the help that comes with it. A number of customers describe the delivery of mini diggers as prompt, with a full tutorial provided on how to operate the machinery, and one reviewer notes that machines arrive on time and are well looked after.

A recurring theme is the willingness of the team, particularly Ben and his men, to sort out problems as soon as they arise, with one customer praising the levelling and clearance of an overgrown garden and expressing real pleasure with the finished result. The firm is also described as a good group of lads to work with, and praise for fair pricing and excellent work appears repeatedly. However, a number of reviewers report less positive experiences.

Complaints include a hired dumper that would not start because of a snapped key, with the response described as unhelpful and blame directed at the customer. Others mention unfinished work after full payment, a quote call ended abruptly, and excess roadstone left behind with a promised refund still outstanding. These accounts point to inconsistent service, with the same team praised for reliability by some and criticised for communication and follow-through by others.
