Tradespeople and businesses visiting the Northampton branch of GAP Hire Solutions describe a hire depot where knowledgeable assistance and a well-kept yard shape the experience. Staff come across as friendly and helpful, with one customer recalling a pleasant conversation with the lifting assistant, while another account points to the considerable expertise the team holds regarding the equipment on offer. Cleanliness and accuracy are noted too: the premises are kept tidy, and orders are fulfilled correctly.

A practical observation about site access recurs, namely that the entrance to the yard demands care when arriving in a lorry, with rear suspension raised, offered as a helpful tip rather than a fault. The feedback suggests an operation where approachable, well-informed employees make hiring straightforward, equipment matches what was requested, and the yard remains orderly. That combination of sound advice on the gear and a tidy, accurate service is what customers tend to mention most, with the team's willingness to share expertise about the machinery standing out across the accounts.
