Tool hire in Cambridge is the core of the service, with a broad selection of equipment kept ready for collection or delivery, and customers consistently highlight how straightforward it is to arrange. Several reviewers describe the staff as friendly, polite and genuinely helpful, with one named member of staff, Will, mentioned on more than one occasion for his knowledgeable approach. Reliability comes up often: equipment arrives on schedule, sometimes earlier than expected, and collection is arranged promptly once a job is finished.

Reviews regularly refer to the condition of the tools, describing them as up to date and well maintained, and the pricing is portrayed as fair for the quality provided. Communication stands out too, from the initial phone call through to the return of items such as an orbital sander and a mini digger.
