What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Scaffolding projects in Ipswich handled by Henry and his crew are described as dependable and well organised. Several customers mention that quotations are answered without delay and that jobs are priced sensibly, with the team arriving at the promised time and working steadily once on site. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the care taken to design access reaching every part of a property, whether for roof gulleys, render faces or solar PV installations. Communication across a project draws praise, including on jobs needing repeated visits, and the crew is described as polite, professional and willing to tackle awkward or difficult builds without fuss.

Commercial clients such as plasterers and solar installers note that they have come back for further work and pass on encouraging feedback from their own customers. Henry himself is named often, with customers commenting on his expertise, his judgement and his friendly manner. The standard of the finished scaffold is a point that comes up often, along with a readiness to adapt the structure as work progresses. Many of those writing have called on the service more than once, and difficult sites are met with the same willingness to help.

Henry and the team made the effort to design a scaffold set up that got me to all the places I needed to get to. A friendly service that did what they promised and I couldn't fault the price. Would gladly use again if and when I need any scaffolding
