Milton Keynes residents describe Merlin Scaffolding as a professional and well-organised company, with positive accounts spanning the initial enquiry to the completed work. Praise for the office staff recurs, and Danny and Lisa are named for their considerate handling of even modest tasks. Punctuality and dependability feature frequently, while the erected scaffolding is said to be safely and securely put in place, with its quality helping projects to proceed without difficulty. One theme that emerges repeatedly is communication, with customers reporting that undertakings were honoured and finished to a high standard, whether speaking to the office or to staff onsite.

The firm is also described as ready to assist when notice is short. A reviewer describes contacting several businesses before reaching Merlin, which provided ten poles for an allotment after the originals were taken, delivering them in time for planting. Jobs cited include roof access for repairs at homes and rental properties, commercial building work and smaller supply arrangements, each receiving the same straightforward treatment. Staff are portrayed as pleasant to deal with, efficient and attentive from beginning to end.
