Something that features in review after review is the willingness to accommodate changes, including rearranged collection dates, without fuss. Deniz, also referred to as Denis, is repeatedly named for his helpful and professional manner, and customers remark on being shown how to assemble and dismantle the towers, which saved them time on site. Reviewers frequently highlight competitive pricing that is described as fair and transparent, along with free delivery and the absence of a deposit on some hires.

The equipment itself is said to be of high quality and easy to assemble, whether used for painting a house front or larger building work. Customers mention recommending the service to others and returning for future projects, with one confirming a ten out of ten rating for punctuality and the condition of the towers on arrival.
