Sheridan Scaffolding draws consistent praise from customers in Failsworth for the way it handles domestic projects, with house extensions and home renovations recurring as the kinds of work involved. The responsiveness of the team comes up repeatedly, from the first query through to completion, and the office staff, including Emma, are singled out for being helpful and respectful. Customers describe installation crews as professional and safe, and the scaffold is said to be positioned exactly where it is needed, while speed is another recurring theme, with one account noting that a structure requested later in the week was standing within two days and others calling the process smooth and efficient.

Tidiness also features, with sites left clean once the work is finished, and the politeness of both office and site personnel is mentioned more than once. Reviewers indicate they would return for future projects and are willing to act as referees for professional colleagues, which suggests that requests are listened to and communication is maintained throughout. The company also handles skip hire, and one customer recalls a delivery being placed precisely as requested.
