Smart Platform Rental Limited is a Southampton business whose customers repeatedly praise the lengths its team will go to. Brian is named often for his attentive manner and willingness to answer questions, while Paul and Joe are also singled out for a professional and accommodating approach. Urgent and last-minute requests are described as handled without fuss, with the correct machine still produced when needed, and the hiring process itself is called fast and efficient. Another point that comes up often is the condition of the fleet: the MEWPs are described as well maintained, spot on and available in a broad enough variety to suit different jobs.

The depot team is credited with understanding each project well enough to match suitable equipment, including machines supplied for ecological survey work in London. Straightforward communication, practical guidance and reliable gear arriving in sound order run through the accounts, and it is this dependable combination that keeps contractors coming back for their access requirements. The on-site engineer's friendly help is another detail reviewers mention, alongside the consistent readiness to assist at short notice.
