Several reviewers describe work at height in difficult conditions, including a narrow space beside a house and scaffolding around three sides of a property, where the crew ensured that side access remained usable. The standard of the erected structure is a point that comes up often, with the quality of the scaffolding and security boarding receiving favourable comment from an architect and stonemason on a church tower project.

Jobs mentioned range from roof repairs and solar panel installation to internal cleaning of a bulk fuel tank, and reviewers describe prompt dismantling once the work below was finished. Pricing is frequently called reasonable, and quotes for fascia and soffit work were returned within hours of receiving photographs. Tessa is named for her helpful and professional handling of enquiries. The team is also praised for politeness and for leaving the household free from mess.
