Absolutely brilliant. I cannot express how happy we have been with the service we have received from all the trident staff. They were so helpful. They worked everything out for us,we didn’t have to do a thing They arrived exactly when they said they would and removed it as soon as we were done with it. Stay well clear of Trident Scaffolding. We appointed this Company to install scaffolding at our 3 bed semi in S61 so that we could get the exterior painted. When the installation was complete they left without having conducted a safety inspection as required by law. As a result of their negligence my husband fell from the scaffolding while carrying out an initial inspection of the painting work the same day. He suffered horrific injuries with 14 fractures to his ribs, shoulder and back. He spent a week in Sheffield Northern General and we were informed that his injuries could have been fatal. Three years on he still suffers from pain. We successfully won compensation from Trident by instructing a Solicitor. They settled a couple of days prior to the Court Hearing having spent two years denying liability. This Company is unprofessional and unreliable so I would definitely not recommend them. My husband had a very lucky escape.

Need to learn how to clean up after them selfs instead of just leaving what belongs in a bin on the floor!
