Nottingham customers who have hired from the truck and van mount division describe a consistently helpful experience, with several reviewers singling out staff by name. Joe Wilkinson recurs as a point of praise, having visited sites to assess jobs and advise on the most suitable machine, including a spider lift needed for roof repairs after storm damage. John Kerry is likewise mentioned for keeping clients informed about deliveries and repair progress and for going beyond what was expected. Reviewers repeatedly highlight that advice is practical and clearly explained, covering access needs for tasks such as diamond drilling at height.

Quotations are described as affordable and among the most competitive received, with the booking process reported as quick and straightforward. The wider team is characterised as friendly and welcoming, while one account notes that an operative arrived ahead of schedule, worked through poor weather and maintained a strong pace throughout the day. Prompt resolution of any issues also features in the feedback, alongside a willingness to hire again. The range covers truck and van mounted platforms suited to domestic and commercial jobs, and the personal approach of named advisers is what reviewers most often return to.
