Vertikal UK Ltd

Forklift and access equipment training stands out as the most consistent theme in feedback about this Scunthorpe operation, with course participants describing IPAF, PASMA and MEWP sessions that are informative, well paced and genuinely enjoyable. The instructor, named in reviews as Nick or Nik, is repeatedly praised for explaining things clearly and sharing practical experience rather than simply lecturing, which helps newcomers feel at ease while still stretching those with more background. A detail many reviews return to is the welcoming, clean and well-organised training environment, which reviewers found easy to locate and comfortable to learn in.

Running alongside the courses is a hire and supply side covering lifting machinery and tools, and customers in several reviews describe relying on the business regularly for equipment, with one noting a site visit and a quotation for a lifter. Tool rental, including a carpet cleaner, also features in the accounts. Staff friendliness and dependable customer service are credited across both the training and hire sides, while the patient guidance offered during courses, particularly to those unfamiliar with the machinery, is what reviewers single out as the reason candidates complete their assessments successfully.
