AFI Rentals

I hired a vehicle over the phone I made it clear I only needed it for 1 week. She said no problem and we agreed on a price she sent me over some documentation to sign. A few weeks in apparently I had to off-hire which the customer service never told me about they told me they put it the small print. I had to pay an extra £4000 because they threatened with bailiff a horrible company to deal with and very bad experience.

Hi All, The reason I only give a star is because to the wrong information I was getting , if you write afi traing is just taking you to the wrong place where there is not the course is taking place and because of that I get late 15 minutes and they just didn't let me in. THE RIGHT PLACE IS AFY RENTAL and NOT Afy Training. Just put both locations on google and you will see afy rental is the right location for the course is taking place and not afy training who was there knows what I am talking about.

AFI always deliver on time, their machines are in great condition and off hire is easy.

This piece of machinery has been parked in one of our visitor parking bays for over 2 and a half weeks and has not been used or collected. When I called the customer services number today and asked why this is here, they said it has been off hired but they just havnt got any drivers to pick it up. This is not a storage facility for your machines AFI! You should arrange to pick this up and take it back immediately!

The worst company I have ever hire the equipment from, The lift I received came with flat battery so I couldn't use it and I have end up paying contractors for sitting and watching scissor lift being charged.

Did my test here for all cherry pickers and scissor lifts found it very good and instructor most competent

Horrendous service, worst in 30 years experience. After booking a mewp on a certain day, they cancelled at 16.40 the evening before by e mail and then after explaining that I had men waiting and serious implications if I didn't get one they agreed to get one at 14.30 the same day !!!! Which they cancelled at 13.30 ! No explanation, nothing. Do not use AFI unless you want letting down.
