AFI Rentals – Birmingham Depot(Incorporating Wilson Access)
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
AFI Rentals – Birmingham Depot, incorporating Wilson Access, is an equipment rental agency serving West Bromwich. One customer describes plant hire at a favourable price, treating the transaction as straightforward and the machinery competitively supplied. The other account concerns a scissor lift that remained on site far longer than anticipated, with collection promised twice before it eventually happened.
That delay is the main frustration recorded, and no other issue appears in the feedback. Neither account covers the condition of the equipment, staff conduct, quotation clarity or how enquiries were handled, and no employee is named. The equipment rental agency therefore features through plant supply and scissor lift provision.
