Brandon Hire Station Aberdeen

Great service

Great service from start to finish. The staff were all very helpful, Drew in particular was a pleasure to deal with. I will happily use this company again in the future.

Easy hire and use. Full instructions given upon delivery. Delivery and collection was at a good rate and certainly not excessive for the size of genie lift hired.

I had a terrible experience with them! I requested a 3-step ladder hire. All is well and good and then the guy comes and asks for my passport ID and bank card, which I presented. Unfortunately, they refused to hire to me because I do not have a British passport. So I guess, Brandon hire station only hires to British folk. The immigrants who work sweat and blood in Aberdeen don't get to participate and hire their ladders for commercial use. Instead, they were asking for my company's utility bill but with my name on it (which is not possible, it is not my house). So, I guess if you don't have a British passport and don't have a UK driver's licence don't bother hiring from Brandon hire station. That is lowkey racist, why is there no other means of providing identification? It is good enough for the British government! That's Nonsense!!! Keep your ladder!!

I have used this company a few times and I cannot fault them. Their service is above and beyond. So helpful on the phone when I asked for advice, sent links for me to look at. Really efficient. They didn't have the size of item I had booked on line, so called and offered the next size up which meant I couldn't get it in the car. No problem they would deliver and pick up free of charge. All done so smoothly and they are always so friendly. Thank you guys making it all so easy and efficient. Keep up the good work.

absolutely customer focussed, can't fault these guys, well done!

Brandon Tool Hire Aberdeen do not even deserve one star....rude, unhelpful staff and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
