Dale Scaffolding Company

Roof repairs form the backdrop to the work described in the accounts left for this Bradford firm, and the feedback gathered there divides between approval of the crews on site and concern about how the dismantling stage was carried out. Two of the accounts commend a professional and dependable approach, with the team called friendly, punctual and mindful of safety while the scaffold stood, and one customer expressing thanks and a wish to give more than the highest mark available. That approval attaches to the erection work and to the conduct of the workers during it.

The remaining account concerns the removal visit, reporting harm to a gateway and to outside pipework, a ladder set against newly insulated walls and pots used as an improvised step. The same customer states that the household could not use its toilet or shower for a period, that the matter was raised with photographs, and that responsibility for the damage was not accepted afterwards. Dependability during the build and care during the takedown recur throughout, while the question of who answers for harm caused during dismantling is the issue that stands out most sharply.
