Delegates booking training at the Milton Keynes site repeatedly praise the calibre of instruction, with Grant and Barry named as tutors who know their subject and make both the classroom and practical elements straightforward to follow. A professional setup and an easy booking process are recurring observations, alongside well-maintained MEWPs used for IPAF certification. The blend of theory and hands-on practice is a point that comes up often, helped by realistic examples and extra guidance offered by the trainers, which leaves candidates feeling genuinely confident on the machines.

Reviewers describe thorough coverage of the required syllabus, clear delivery and a well-organised structure that works for newcomers and those returning for refreshers alike, and the facilities themselves are called brilliant, with small touches such as a breakfast roll or free lunch appreciated. A recurring theme is the intention to book again for future refresher courses. Separate feedback covers a smooth, stress-free property sale handled with professionalism and clear communication by Craig and Taurus. Certification courses, IPAF among them, dominate the comments, with Grant's teaching style singled out as fun as well as informative.
