Householders arranging work on dormer windows and other domestic projects in Peterborough describe a scaffolding service that repeatedly earns praise for its organised approach. Several customers highlight the punctuality of the teams, noting that scaffolds go up on the agreed day and come down again promptly once the job is finished, with no need to chase for removal weeks later. The pricing is described as fair and, in some cases, lower than other quotes, while the quotes themselves arrive quickly after an initial enquiry.

Reviewers frequently point to the care taken during installation and dismantling, including respectful treatment of the property and the inclusion of safety features such as lockable ladder covers and gates at the top, details that customers say they had not considered. Connor and Bae are named for their professionalism and courteous manner on site, and the same respectful attitude is attributed to the wider installation team across multiple jobs. The company is also praised for handling staged projects, returning to erect, remove and then reinstate scaffolding as work on a property progresses. Clear communication, tidy workmanship and a considerate approach to occupied homes are the themes running through the feedback.
