Great service , offered a same day solution when the heating failed at our business on a day when the temp was -2 Thank you !!
Got a quote for 2 day rental but overcharged 2 x 1 day rentals and still not had my deposit returned after 2 weeks. Very poor customer service.
Just want to say a thank you to Samantha and Dan. Great customer service team, lovely to deal with. Many thanks Layla
Great service as usual from the Bletchley branch, especially from Dan! I have also attended this site for training in years gone by and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, competitive pricing too!
Couldn't be happier with how I was treated by Jonny, Samantha and Danny when I went to pick up a plate compactor and mixer. Originally ordered a petrol mixer but couldn't fit it into my vehicle. So the team were amazing with swapping it for an electric mixer instead with no hassle. The attitude of these three excellent representatives of HSS Hire is fantastic. Helpful, kind, polite, considerate are just a few of the words I would use. 100% would use this branch for any needs and would highly recommend them to anyone. Top banana!
A great team of staff, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the equipment they hire out, could not recommend them highly enough
