Straightforward equipment hire for short-term jobs emerges as the strongest thread running through the feedback. Several customers describe the cost of taking out items such as a roof ladder, a petrol concrete breaker and a generating set as reasonable, with pricing holding up well against alternatives they had looked into.

Simon and Jason are named for the assistance they provided, whether that involved organising transport of the hired item or walking a customer through the correct way to run a machine. A point that comes up often is the readiness to deal with people outside the trade, one account noting that elsewhere the request had been turned down on those grounds. Staff are described as polite and patient, taking the time to match the right piece of equipment to the task in hand.

The arrangements for getting hired items to and from the customer, including a modest fee for the service, are presented as convenient and clearly set out. Taken as a whole the accounts point to a hire operation that is easy to deal with, fairly priced and backed by people who know their stock. Organising a machine for a fundraising occasion illustrates the flexible approach that customers value.
