What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Homeowners arranging roof repairs, guttering replacement, extension work and boiler flue installation recur throughout the accounts left for KC Scaffolding. The company erects side, back and front runs of scaffolding, frequently at short notice, and customers in several reviews describe the turnaround from enquiry to quote as immediate, sometimes after sending a couple of photographs. A theme running through the feedback is punctuality: Kieran, named repeatedly, arrives when promised and puts the structure up quickly. Reviewers also highlight the speed of dismantling, with scaffolding taken down straight after the works finish.

Clear pricing recurs as another strength, described as reasonable or good value for the job, alongside communication that is fast before and after the work. Care during erection is mentioned, including leaving driveways usable so vehicles can still be moved. The service is called reliable and trustworthy, and repeat business is common. Customers describe projects covering soffit, fascia and gutter changes as well as full roof renewal, with the scaffold adapted to each property. Kieran and his team are frequently praised for a courteous manner and a strong work ethic, leaving several customers happy to return for future jobs.

A thoroughly professional job, executed with care and courtesy. Kieran provided the scaffolding we needed for some reasonably extensive roof and gutter work to the front, back and sides or our house. It was carefully erected and dismantled in stages to suit our needs - he swiftly quoted and provided great communication at all times. It was nice to be able to use local reliable tradesmen off a personal recommendation - we have no hesitation in recommending his services.
