Very helpful and friendly scaffolding company. Very reasonably priced too.

I needed some work doing to my house late in 2024. I found a builder to do the work and he found Luke scaffolding. They came out and put it up no problem. However the builder didn't pay the scaffolding company the money we had paid him to do the work. And then put his company into liquidation. (He stole the £800 scaffolding money.) The problem is that Luke point blank refuse to take it down. And fail to understand that the contract was with the builder not me.

Really disappointing. Arrogant and unhelpful from the start. Very negative and finding problems with everything. Broke a terracotta pot and threw the plant behind the garage...and said nothing about it. Also broke fairy lights and removed washing line which will have to be moved now as the spike has been lost under gravel. Spoke to Luke. Very happy to push all the blame onto us. Wont replace lights. Will replace pot ...but yet to see it. The scaffolding was up for two weeks after the job was finished. Only apologised for that when I phoned them. They have made a terrible impression. Just an update...4 years later...never replaced pot and never apologised. We have now moved house!!

Job was okay but they broke two expensive pots and a hanging bracket and didn't tell us and broke a few tiles. Around £140 or more for replacements.

I can only state my own review that reflects my own personal experience ,I used L U K E Scaffolding end of May (2023) last year for the first time. I don’t know why some have stated they’ve had bad experiences ,personally Luke has been great & extremely accommodating & relaxed & understanding & a great communicator ,when I’ve needed to call him for advice. The scaffolding work was carried out in a timely manner & professionally & his team did a fantastic job ,although June was a wash out more or less last year ,Luke was understanding & made allowances, although they had no control of typical British weather or at fault as you know the weather can be extremely unpredictable. Personally I was extremely pleased with their 5 Star service & professionalism ,that I have booked them again this year in June (2024), again the installation went up as expected professionally & swiftly & without any major disruption or issues. So I will leave a follow up review once this 2nd installation has come down ,but to be honest so far I cannot praise L U K E scaffolding & his team enough. Therefore, if you’re looking for a reasonable & effective solution to your scaffold needs ,look no further ,as I can personally highly recommend L U K E Scaffolding absolutely top notch service. You fitted scaffolding at my neighbours house, you entered my property without my permission, moved planters, damaged plants and moved garden furniture without my permission, you then erected the scaffolding in my garden on MY property. Today, despite being told by my neighbours that we hadn't given you perpermission to enter our,property again, we had even posted a notice forbidding you entry without our permission, yet you did enter and removed fencing and took the scaffolding down. The planters were left on the patio, the garden furniture has not been replaced where it came from. This is trespass and you could be prosecuted for entering property unlawfuĺly. I would appreciate a response ASP.

Great family run business . Reliable and professional in their approach. Mark is a gentleman Luke is not far behind. Like father like son. I Would highly recommend them.
