Lynn and Son's Scaffolding Access LTD

Lynn and Son's Scaffolding Access LTD was founded in February 2022 and is a family-run business led by brothers Ryan and Neil Lynn. The family's scaffolding experience spans over 40 years, beginning with Neil Lynn. Based in Glasgow, the company operates in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Its scaffolders are CISRS trained and qualified, and its labourers are CSCS trained and qualified as a minimum. The company is fully insured. It provides scaffolding hire and access services, including system scaffolding, custom designs, and inspections.

Householders and tradespeople needing access for flat repairs, dormer window painting, chimney maintenance and general DIY work around Glasgow have repeatedly turned to this scaffolding firm, and their accounts emphasise speed and reliability. A handful of customers describe how urgently required structures were arranged quickly and without fuss, with team members arriving when they said they would.

Neil is named for erecting safe scaffolding that allowed preparation and painting of dormer windows, while Ryan and his team are credited with completing jobs promptly and accommodating clients when poor weather interrupted progress. A point that comes up often is the fairness of the pricing, with customers noting that quotes compared well with others they had received. Reviewers often mention the professional and polite manner of the owners and engineers, the care taken with checks during the work, and the cleanliness of the finished site, with no mess left behind.

The structures themselves are described as secure and pleasant to work on. A health and safety professional singled out the standard of the job as first class, particularly the attention shown to a customer's daughter. The same team was trusted for front and rear elevations and chimney access, and customers speak of returning for future projects.
