Hired access machinery and lift training sit at the heart of what this Leicestershire business provides, according to the feedback left by customers. Reviewers repeatedly mention that the equipment supplied arrives in excellent order, and one repair job on a Niftylift is described as being completed quickly and to a high standard. Delivering on the agreed day is another theme that runs through the accounts, a factor that keeps site programmes moving.

The attitude of the team is praised from the office staff through to the workshop engineers, with the owner, Steve, named as approachable and ready to assist. Training for lift access courses is also well regarded, with the instruction described as thorough and the sessions well organised. One thing mentioned again and again is that no request is treated as an inconvenience, whether the task involves a repair, a machine hire or a training place.

The condition of the machinery and the care taken in the workshop are mentioned side by side with the reliability of the service, suggesting that both the rental and training sides are managed with the same attention. What recurs across the accounts is the consistency of that approach from first enquiry to completion of the work, with repairs and equipment provision handled to the same standard.
