The vans were parked blocking the footpath for pedestrians, an old gentleman was walking with crutches and could barely fit, while the men sat in the van with their windows open and didn't even offer to move for him or apologise. I rang the company to complain about the illegal parking and how it had clearly caused inconvenience for the older residents on the road and the call handler was rude, abrupt and hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking. Will be reporting the parking to street works with photos.
