Booked in plant hire for specific days and times and did not receive them in time, had to use another companies machine to get the work done. Communication was terrible, rang them several times to get it resolved and never heard back, in the end I had to call the company who own the machines to get an update. After all this they then failed to collect it on the correct day causing further issues. The knock on effect this had on site and with other parties involved incurred extra costs and yet we have received no adequate resolution from Powered Access Services.

The company i work for have used PAS for years, my job when i first started (2 months ago) was to expand our resources. I first spoke to Adrian Chapman and we got on really well, he assured me i wouldn't need to go anywhere else and nobody could offer the service that they do. I did go elsewhere and i regretted it straight away. I came back to PAS and i know you cant put all your eggs in one basket but in this instance i am. Very good service throughout every part of the hire. Adrian and team work very well, very proactive. Also machines are not older than 1.8 years old which keeps breakdowns to a minimum.
