Tool hire and plant equipment supply in Aberdeen form the core of Speedy Services, a depot serving trade and private customers from the Bridge of Don area. A detail many reviews return to is the helpfulness and friendliness of staff, with reviewers describing team members as amazing and approachable, although a few accounts note that some employees appeared less welcoming.

Difficulties with setting up an online account recur across feedback, one customer describing the process as nearly impossible after a lengthy drive to the branch. Another account mentions a sign advertising Calor Gas refills, only to be told in-store that this could not be done, which the customer found poorly handled. The range of tools and equipment is generally regarded as adequate, though one reviewer notes that the specific size of steps required was unavailable, forcing them to accept smaller ones.

Those smaller steps proved unsuitable for the task at hand. Several customers acknowledge the staff's willingness to assist where possible, and the depot continues to serve those seeking tool and machinery hire in the area. The balance of feedback suggests a practical resource for equipment needs, with the in-store experience varying depending on the query brought to the counter.
