Punctuality and reliability come up repeatedly: crews are said to arrive when promised, work efficiently and keep to the schedule, even when the weather turns wet. Reviewers also mention that the structures themselves felt safe and secure, with varying platform levels arranged to suit the task in hand, and that the site was left clean and tidy, with care taken not to damage property.

Communication before and after the work is a point that comes up often, and the friendliness of Sheldon and his team is singled out by name in multiple accounts. Speed features too, including a solid scaffold erected at short notice, and dismantling arranged early so that normal routines could resume. Painting work on a tall gable elevation and scaffolding for roofers are among the jobs described, and several customers state they would call on the firm again for future projects.
