Work following storm damage is a recurring theme in feedback on Swansea West Roofing & Scaffolding, with Shaun or Sean named as the point of contact. Customers describe quotes agreed before work started and next-day arrivals that matched what had been promised. More than one review highlights in-person roof inspections and advice that prevented unnecessary spending, including one roof found to have adequate ventilation so additional vents were not needed, while remaining tasks were priced well below another firm's figure.

Emergency responses also feature, such as a heavy kitchen leak stopped within an hour and a roof later re-battened and felted. Gable-end repairs on both sides of a roof, two Velux windows installed ahead of an attic conversion, and bay window work quoted beforehand all appear, alongside a complete new roof and a conservatory roof converted to rubber with a skylight. The standard of finish and the care taken around the property, including tidying afterwards, come up often, as does courteous service from Shaun and his colleagues, with customers valuing clear communication throughout.
