This is a disabled bay for disabled people.. I am a disabled person with a disabled badge.. This vehicle neither belonging to someone with this disability or a vehicle with a proper registration play or a badge was parked in a bay that someone needed in Borehamwood yesterday. Yes it makes me mad because that basically stops disabled people getting out and being independent. Shane
