AFI Rentals – Rothwell Depot (Incorporating Wilson Access)

Rothwell is the setting for this equipment rental agency, where training and powered access hire feature prominently in what people write. A number of reviewers describe the mobile elevating work platform courses as well run and informative, with attendees noting that the content was strong and the facility suited to building knowledge. A point that comes up often is the professionalism of the delivery drivers, who are praised for arriving when promised and for their skill in placing machinery exactly where it is required. Steve is singled out by name for his expertise and friendly manner, while another driver is remembered for his courteous approach despite not being named.

The knowledge of the training staff, including Peter, is highlighted as a strength, with customers describing the instruction as clear and the setting conducive to learning. Several accounts mention that nothing seemed too much trouble, from the initial arrangements through to the practical side of the hire. The impression that stays is of a depot where both the training provision and the access equipment service are handled with care, and where the individuals involved leave a lasting positive mark on those who deal with them.
