Brandon Hire Station Ipswich

This branch is shocking and treats its long standing account customers terribly. No replies to email, no reliability, no communication. Don’t even attempt to order your stuff from here because it won’t turn up

Great management, very helpful and knowledgeable

Guessing the guy on the phone had a bad weekend.... very unhelpful and awful attitude... tried to hire something and he didn't seem interrested in helping...

rude as ever guy behind the counter only gave one word answers staff absolutely appalling behaviour

Ordered a ladder 3 days in advance went to collect only to find no ladder and was informed I would have to wait a further 10 days, they didn't even bother to inform me nit even a phone call.

Just do not use this company- hired a concrete grinder - 1st day two hours wait to pick it up, was faulty, second day still faulty, third day faulty- tried to blame it on our lads “fitting it incorrectly” despite our team doing this for years- the blades were on incorrectly when we brought it back as we just quickly fitted them on inside the van when taking it back to you for the THIRD TIME!!!! rude obnoxious person I talked to today still rambling on, the exact same model we hired elsewhere worked perfectly-when we picked it up from Brandon Hire there were three people working on it and the fella doing the paperwork couldn’t work out why? Clearly there was something wrong with it- when I called today to see what is happening to my refund, he stated “it has been out 7 times since you brought it back and it’s been fine”😂😂😂 really? In 4 days? Anyway, look at the previous reviews- you will see how bad they are

Found the staff helpful and very knowledgeable, big thanks to Chris, his advice on using the floor sander I rented, was brilliant.
