I went here on behalf of my builder, due to issues with Makita large petrol angle grinder which is about 15yrs old now. Could not start it pulling the cable starter. Friendly service and was collected working again again. Just needed a service and reasonable prices, so I am told.
Tool repair, in warranty, and Bright Acres couldn't have been more helpful - so understanding and flexible, great communication and excellent service 5*****
Took some aged garden tools in there for a service/ repair and they did an absolutely brilliant job. The old petrol hedge trimmer/ multi tool was refusing to start and since the spares were not easy to get given its age, they rebuild the Carbourettor, and put a new one in the chainsaw. Both now work like absolute dreams, and it was a very affordable service- £130 for both! well worth doing if you have tools that aren't behaving as they should.
Brightacres repaired my Proxxon FET 2070 table saw. They did so efficiently, quickly and at a very reasonable price.
Excellent service, 100% aftercare , nothing was too much when their machine developed a fault half way through the hire and which was rectified by one simple phonecall to their very knowledgeable staff who delivered a replacement machine within hours. First rate service from a trusted local company. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
At extremely late notice Duncan went out of his way to get me sorted with a roof box for a trip away on Friday afternoon before the easter holidays. Outstanding customer service and great prices I would highly recommend Bright Acres and will definitely use again.
I hired the Dragon tracked concrete crusher, a fantastic machine... game changer for small builders like myself where access for delivery is always an issue...LOVE the eco aspect of the Dragon crusher as well as you can recycle waste rubble into Tesco Finest premium hardcore/crushed! Brightacres hire (Needham Market) are a pleasure to deal with, very efficient and helpful. They also have a dragon tracked lifter coming soon... which will be able to lift packs, pallets, tonne bags of sand/aggregates etc... may even will be able to lift my latest customers wallet...! Kudos to brightacres for investing/(gambling) on these new dragon machines but in my opinion as a builder they are the best thing since sliced bread!... I need to get out more, but I can’t anymore...!? Great company, great service, great machines...
