KTJ Access Ltd Scaffolding | Southampton, Fareham & Hampshire

KTJ Access Scaffolding is a Southampton-based scaffolding contractor based in West End, Southampton. It specialises in traditional scaffolding, temporary roofs and access solutions, serving domestic, commercial and industrial clients, including homeowners, builders, contractors and commercial clients. The company holds £10 million public liability cover. Its service area covers Southampton, Fareham, Eastleigh, Hedge End, Romsey, Winchester, Portsmouth and surrounding villages.

It provides design, supply, erection and dismantling for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Services include traditional access scaffolding, temporary works, temporary roof systems, hoist supply, scaffold inspections and highway pavement licence support. Its work is signed off by a qualified scaffolder, and every job finishes with a written handover.

Reliability and the standard of the finished structure emerge as the qualities mentioned most often, whether the task involves a single lift for a modest extension or a temporary roof over a substantial loft conversion. Keith and his crew are named repeatedly for their professionalism and for the unhurried, no-fuss manner in which they tackle awkward access, including work above conservatories and around chimneys. Clients working on roofing and building schemes describe scaffolders who turn up exactly when promised, proceed methodically through multi-day programmes and remain late to complete a handover on schedule.

Several reviewers draw attention to the expertise and practical guidance given when obstacles arise, alongside the courteous and cheerful attitude of the team, with Jacob singled out for his politeness. Fair, competitive quotes form another recurring theme, as does the security of the tied-in scaffolding relative to what earlier suppliers provided. Tidiness also appears, with materials cleared away and bins returned once the structure has been taken down. Repeat customers in Southampton and Fareham keep coming back for re-roofs, fascias and new-build projects, and communication across lengthy jobs is described as straightforward and genuine.
