In Edinburgh, a resident living near the Lothian Scaffold Access Co operation has raised an objection about the noise associated with vehicles being loaded. The account describes vans being filled at around quarter to seven in the morning on a daily basis, which the writer regards as a nuisance to the surrounding community. The business is listed as a scaffolding and access hire provider.

The feedback centres entirely on the disturbance caused by this early activity rather than on the quality of any scaffolding work, advice provided, punctuality on site or the prices charged. No particular project, method or member of staff features in the account, which focuses on the effect of the routine loading of vans on nearby residents.
