It is certified as a 'Great Place to Work'.

Powered access hire and training provision form the two strands of this Glasgow operation that customers write about. Reliability of the machinery recurs in accounts of the hire side, with reviewers describing units supplied ready for use and engineers attending promptly to resolve faults. Where a repair proves impossible, replacement follows without argument, a point that appears across the feedback. On the training side, instructors are regularly described as knowledgeable and easy to deal with, while the facilities are said to be well maintained and properly equipped.

The atmosphere during courses is repeatedly called relaxed, which customers credit for making sessions feel comfortable rather than pressured. Staff across both areas come across as friendly and helpful, and the condition of the equipment is a further theme that reviewers return to, describing machinery as well looked after. The expertise of the instructors stands out as the element customers mention most often when recalling their visits, alongside the practical support offered on the hire side, and the readiness of the fleet remains a recurring note.
