Warren Access

Warren Access was established in 1993 and is a family-run business with over 30 years of experience. It was acquired by UK Tool Hire Group Ltd, a family-owned business with over 20 years of industry experience. Warren Access is IPAF Rental+ and Constructionline accredited, and operates within HSE guidelines, UK regulations and IPAF's good practice rental guide.

The company specialises in powered access platform hire, working at height training and safety harness sales, and serves businesses of all shapes and sizes across the United Kingdom. It has depot locations in Huntingdon and Newcastle. Previously specialising in IPAF and PASMA training, customers can now choose from over 30 accredited courses and more than 100 e-learning modules.

Warren Access earns steady approval for both its access equipment hire and its training provision, with powered platforms such as the Hinowa spider lift and Niftylift machines being described as capable of working in confined and softer ground conditions. Timely delivery and collection come up repeatedly, and the handover process is portrayed as thorough rather than rushed. Office colleagues Heather and Alexandra are often credited with being accommodating and responsive, while Georgia Wilson is named as the point of contact for IPAF training, which reviewers find efficient and straightforward.

An operator named Tony is praised for skilled manoeuvring and positioning of machinery. Communication from the initial survey through to completion runs through many accounts, together with pricing described as reasonable and a friendly, personal approach that has generated repeat custom spanning several years. The capacity to take on jobs at short notice also features, including work at historic sites, and one customer recalls the company stepping in after another supplier let them down, subsequently returning for further hires. Long-standing clients note that the standard remains consistent over time.
