Construction workers and site managers travelling to Rotherham for training repeatedly describe courses that are clearly explained and straightforward to follow, with instructors who put candidates at ease. Feedback names IPAF for scissor lifts and cherry pickers, SMSTS refresher training, SSSTS and first aid, and the classroom and practical elements are consistently called well presented. Trainers including Dom, Jason, Matt, Josh, Chris and Ben are singled out for being friendly, professional and willing to answer queries, and the confidence candidates gained from that support is a recurring theme.

Something that features in review after review is the common-sense, practical approach taken during assessments. Reviewers also value the readiness of staff to recommend another provider when a particular course was not available, describing the whole process as smooth and stress-free. Several mention passing the qualifications they came for and intending to return for future refreshers, citing the standard of instruction and the helpfulness of the team as their reasons. The willingness to help extends to queries raised before and after courses, and it is this combination of clear teaching, approachable trainers and practical delivery that candidates highlight most often.
