Never had an issue! Always happy to help and will often go above and beyond to try and source a machine if one isn't available. Couldn't recommend them any more.
My brother ordered a cherry picker from them and it was more hassle than good. It broke down every single day we went to use it and most of the staff were unhelpful. I called in the first time and spoke to an Isabelle and she wasn’t helpful at all and actually came across like she was just trying to get me off the phone and didn’t care. Then I spoke to Erin and she actually cared and was helpful. Won’t use access plus again as was charged for the luxury of a breakdown. Utter joke of a company. To reply to your recent reply - My brother and I have different second names and I’m not going to say his company on here but I will say it was an electric z66 and it was an absolute joke
Access Plus are a fantastic company everything from mwep hire and training, Isabelle Byrne is a pleasure to deal with and always finds the perfect machine for the job. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutly fantastic service, they were reccomended by a fellow hire company who could not help me out, Fallon was so professional and got evrything organised so well, whatsmore they were by far the least expensive as well.
Genuinely one of the most helpful and professional companies; I've spoken to a number of different staff members over the last few years and every single one is helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond to make the process easy. If you want to see an amazing example of customer service; Access Plus has got to be up there.
