Aspire Platforms is described by customers as a friendly and polite outfit, with staff manner repeatedly singled out for praise. The work itself draws positive remarks, with a perfect job and a fair price noted by clients. Reviewers also highlight the company's role in height works and the hire of building equipment, construction machines and tools, reflecting the services listed on its profile. However, the accounts are not uniformly positive. Several customers raise serious concerns about reliability, describing machinery as unreliable and questioning the owner's competence.

One account details an unsolicited brochure that arrived with insufficient postage, leaving the recipient to cover the shortfall, and uses this as a reason to doubt the company's care when entrusted with safety at height. That criticism recurs as a theme of trustworthiness across the feedback. The mixed picture sees warmth and courtesy in personal dealings contrasted with doubts about equipment dependability and attention to detail. For those weighing up Aspire Platforms for access hire in London, the reviews suggest a company whose staff are easy to deal with but whose operational reliability has been called into question by some clients.
