Brandon Hire Station Plymouth - Sutton Road

Tool and equipment hire stands at the centre of what customers describe at this Plymouth branch, with scaffolding among the services on offer. Several reviewers highlight the helpfulness of staff when matching the right item to the job, whether a ladder for a one-day task or a jet wash collected and returned without fuss. Knowledge of the machinery and tools available is mentioned repeatedly, and the process of booking ahead so that items are ready on arrival is praised for its smoothness.

Fair pricing comes up often, with one customer noting the cost of a short hire compared with quotes received elsewhere, alongside compliments on delivery and collection. Named members of staff such as Jason, Alan and Steve are singled out for their assistance, from organising a hire to unloading and stacking equipment neatly. Politeness and a professional manner run through the accounts, as does the speed of getting in and out of the branch. A recurring theme is the ease of dealing with the team, whether hiring machinery, a ladder or cleaning equipment, and the readiness of the staff to help.
