We work on a regular basis rehiring machines with Essential Access Platforms. They are very reliable and happily accommodate customer requests with specific delivery instructions which is very important to us as a business. They have a wide variety of powered access machines in their hire fleet which are maintained to a very high standard and we rarely encounter issues with machine breakdowns which gives us and our valuable customers peace of mind which is priceless. They also offer very competitive hire rates. I'd also like to specifically mention Reece Papworth, who manages our account, he always responds promptly to our enquiries, is very supportive and he's an absolute pleasure to deal with. What can I say, Will R in your Marden branch saved the day. Nationwide platforms delivered a faulty platform, Will happened drive past in which he asked if we needed any help. With in 30minutes he bought a clean and rust free platform to the rescue. Can not thank him enough, legend. 10/10 custom service, equipment and price. Medium firm with a much better attitude then the big players.
