GoHire

Contractors and tradespeople needing tools at short notice form a large part of the custom at this Hull hire business, and the accounts left behind suggest the experience is consistently smooth. Customers repeatedly mention the depth of the tool selection, with floor grinders, pressure washers and specialist items all available, and several note that even last-minute requests are met without difficulty. The advice given on choosing the right equipment comes up often, particularly from Rob and Pablo, who are described as knowledgeable and patient in explaining how hired items work.

Communication is another recurring theme, from the initial call through to collection, and the team is praised for sorting problems quickly rather than leaving customers to manage alone. Sally, Rachel, Rachael and Steve are named for going out of their way, whether sourcing spare parts or simply making time for small hires that other firms might overlook. Reviewers describe pricing as fair and deposits as returned promptly, while the general atmosphere is friendly and unfussy, with a coffee offered alongside the practical help.
