A fantastic experience. Making the booking was easy and I received a clear confirmation with the date, time of arrival, and duration of services. On the day, the operator / co-owner kept me informed of the arrival time and was extremely helpful, safety conscious and skilful. Safety barriers were erected, briefing conducted on how to remain safe and harness provided. Throughout the multiple lifts, there was always a safety focus from setting the spreader legs, steering the platform, addressing angles, extension and load parameters. It honestly felt like watching a maestro at work and at an incredibly reasonable and fair cost. Having to lift expensive and delicate radio ham antennas was a nervous expectation but not once KBN were on site. I would highly recommend them and I’ll be using the guys again. It’s so much better than a trip to A&E, time off work for injury and potentially a lot worse. Thanks guys.
KBN platforms are great - very easy to deal with and very friendly and helpful. We used them to allow our gas engineer to fit a new flue/boiler on the 2nd floor of our flats and everything went smoothly. Turned up on time and easy to book a job. Definitely recommend.

I hired KBN platforms to do a repair to 4 storey building because couldn’t been done with the ladder, on the day they sent the truck with cherry picker mounted on it. Bartnel was the driver operator for that day he was extremely professional and definitely knowing what he was doing. He was operating the remote control from the ground and also was operating from the cage with the me as well, I’ll strongly recommend KBN platforms they very professional and friendly as well. I hired other companies in the past but I had bad experience not like KBN platforms with professional staff like Bartnel amazing.
Great service from Kbn platforms. We used them to clean some gutter on 3 storey buildings. It was a very awkward job but the driver was very professional and made it easy for us. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
