We purchased the double width 1.8m tower. Note that the lead in time is not as represented on the countdown tab, but instead is around two weeks. If you then require it sooner, they can arrange this by courier, but there is a charge for this service. We are however very happy with the quality of the item.
Ordering process is straightforward, communication is perfect, delivery is performed by their own drivers and product is first class. Its nice to use something which is well made and also manufactured locally. Very pleased.
We are self building a property on Anglesey and have purchased two towers from Lewis. We decided to purchase them because it was more cost effective than hiring from a local contractor. Lewis customer service has been second to none. Excellent, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.
Poor experience - Costs and Delivery quoted at purchase online not to be trusted. Ordered c. £2k tower and told free delivery and 4 working days, this quickly went to 7 working days and then advised over 15 working day OR, I can pay an extra £270 - £308 for delivery - but they will very kindly (yes I am being sarcastic), contribute 50% of the delivery cost. Just be very aware if you need this for a certain date or don’t want on pay extra. I paid by bank transfer - so they have my money. If you do order, recommend you pay by card to have greater protection afforded by Visa / Mastercard regs. Very poor experience and I certainly would not recommend.
