Install took a day and a half because the building is awkward. They managed it without disrupting the neighbours. Hire ran ten weeks total.

got independent scaffolding from LX for a full exterior refurb on a mid terrace property. the setup covered front and back with proper platform access at every level which meant the plasterer and window fitters could work at the same time without getting in each others way. the platforms were wide enough to actually move around on and store materials which sounds basic but ive had scaffolds before where you could barely stand. edge protection was fitted all the way round so the guys felt safe working at height. they also put in a loading ramp at ground level so heavy stuff could be wheeled up instead of carried. that saved a lot of time apparently. the whole structure stayed up for almost two months and never shifted or felt wobbly even in windy conditions. proper solid build and exactly what the job needed
