Absolute joke of a firm meant to open at 8 don’t answer the phone. Till 8.35 and then tell you to use the website would never ever attempt to use this bunch of clowns ever again

Hit and miss. Excellent/terrible in equal measure depending on who you deal with/day of the week.They lack consistency and don't have a coherent approach to managing customers. Phone/email responses leave a lot to be desired. Employee churn appears to be high, which doesn't bode well...
