No customer service. The roofer I employed knew the manager and told him lies. Compulsive liar. And Matt posted on his business page about using the free scaffolding. Wouldn’t recommend this company. Very rude from day one!!!!
We have been using Sheaf Scaffolding for almost a year now, and their service levels have been excellent. They always respond in a timely manner, and have the utmost respect for their client and their customers. Matt and Jack are also super polite and make sure you feel easy when speaking with them. On top of that they are slso extremely helpful with their profession and take the stress away of design, allowing our employees to turn up for work and get on with their work.
Best scaffolders in Sheffield (and we’ve had a few!!). Honest, fair, organised, timely, so polite and friendly (and as a women dealing with trades, you don’t always get this). Thank you Matt and team for such a great job.
Sheaf scaffolding services have done me proud. They turned up when they said that they would. Then knew exactly what I needed from the scaffolding when I said that it was for rendering a wall. They made it fit around houses, sheds and roof so that I had all the access that I needed. And more importantly they were friendly and helpful and understanding when the project overran. I couldn't recommend them more.
Would certainly recommend Matt, Jack and the lads. Did a cracking job on my recent loft project in Dore. Fully tented scaffold.
Tried to get a quote from 5 scaffolding firms. Sheaf was the only one that replied quickly with a quote and also they were the best price. Some firms didn't even respond. Amazing service throughout: they turned up on the day they were supposed to and liaised with the builder to make sure the scaffolding for the chimney stack was right for him. My builder was very pleased with them and so was I. They were friendly and more importantly very careful not to damage anything. I will definitely use them again. All the best to them, I hope they can keep up the good work.
Brilliant service & I would highly recommend. Fast, efficient, very polite and reasonably priced. When you dont work within the building/construction industry it can be a bit intimidating arranging things like this - Matt at sheaf Scaffolding was great. Explained things in a way I understand. Very patient if I didn't understand something and had to ask a few times. And gave options to make things easier and cheaper.
