Milo Access Platforms Ltd

Milo Access Platforms Ltd is a supplier of access platforms and MEWP equipment based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The company offers hire and sale of boom lifts, telehandlers and other access platforms. It serves the North East and Cumbria, and provides access platform hire and sales solutions for projects across the UK. Its fleet includes scissor lifts and boom lifts, and it also provides generators, plant equipment, telehandlers, lighting towers and cherry picker vans.

The company supports construction, maintenance, installation and specialist works. It has a sister company, Permatt Fork Lift Trucks Ltd, established in 1981. Milo Access Platforms Ltd provided a Manitou MT1335 telehandler to support Siemens in Hebburn. Used machines undergo rigorous inspections, testing, and servicing by the company's team of expert engineers, and products are tested to industry standards by qualified engineers and technicians.

Milo Access Platforms Ltd supplies building equipment and carries out height work from its base in Hebburn. The two accounts describe competitive rates, with one customer noting the pricing came in below several other hire firms, and the same reviewer would recommend the company.

The other theme is speed: a customer who urgently needed a cherry picker was sorted out quickly, and that reviewer also recommends the firm on the strength of the service. Both comments give full marks and focus on the equipment hired and the fast response to a short-notice request.
