It has 100% directly employed operatives. Its project managers are qualified Advanced Scaffolders with SMSTS, SSPTS, and First Aid certifications.

The company conducts weekly statutory scaffold inspections with detailed reports and photographic records, and undergoes independent monthly audits conducted by Simian Risk. It collaborates with SDC Ltd for detailed design and calculations. Services include commercial scaffolding, covering pre-construction planning, design coordination, installation, and ongoing inspection.

Reliability and punctuality emerge as the qualities that customers return to most often when describing this Birmingham contractor. Several accounts note that scaffolding went up exactly when required and was dismantled promptly once the job was finished, with one account of a residential renovation noting that the process became considerably less stressful as a result. Communication also stands out, with several customers recalling helpful and friendly exchanges from the initial enquiry through to completion. Doug O'Mahony is named in feedback, his input described as supportive and his team praised for efficiency and a professional manner.

The standard of the finished structure is another recurring point, including an exhibition build where the outcome exceeded what the customer had anticipated and they felt confident entrusting the work. Tidiness on site, safe working and a personal approach all feature across the accounts, alongside fair written quotes and a willingness to answer questions fully. Customers describe returning for later jobs or keeping the company in mind for future projects, while the assistance offered during an arts-funded exhibition build illustrates the range of work undertaken beyond domestic renovations. The same themes of punctuality, clear communication and a dependable finish run through the feedback.
